Her expertise has been cultivated across a diverse range of demanding industries, including defense and aerospace, shipbuilding, oil and gas, municipal government, and executive search. Most recently, she served as the Chief HR Officer of Stelia Aerospace North America, an advanced manufacturing subsidiary of Airbus with operations in Nova Scotia and Quebec.
In her new role, Penrose is expected to leverage her experience in developing and implementing creative people strategies that deliver tangible business results.
