Hip-hop superstar 50 Cent is bringing his signature style to Toronto next month for a special liquor promotion that's sure to draw crowds. The legendary rapper announced he will make a personal appearance at the LCBO location on Spadina Avenue to launch his new Branson Cognac brand.
December LCBO Event Details
Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson confirmed via social media that he'll be appearing at the LCBO store located at 48 Spadina Ave. on December 12, 2025. The event is scheduled to run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., during which time the artist will sign bottles and interact with fans.
In a video posted to his Twitter account, the New York-born entertainer enthusiastically promoted the upcoming appearance, stating: "Toronto! Branson Cognac is now available in Ontario through the LCBO! I'll be at the LCBO, 48 Spadina Avenue, signing bottles on December 12th from 6-8 PM. Don't miss out! We're gonna have a good time."
About Branson Cognac
The rapper's premium spirit, Branson VS Phantom, is already available for purchase at LCBO locations across Ontario. Priced at $99.95, the cognac is described as an award-winning French import.
According to LCBO product information, Branson Cognac is crafted from grapes grown throughout the renowned Cognac region of France. The spirit undergoes pot still distillation and ages for a minimum of two to three years in French oak barrels, resulting in what the description calls "complex aromas of vanilla and fruit" with a palate that's "bold yet elegant with notes of oak, apple, and light citrus."
From Music to Spirits Business
The appearance marks another business venture for the multi-talented artist, who broke into the mainstream with his 2003 megahit "In da Club." Interestingly, that song famously featured lyrics about sipping Bacardi, though the rapper will naturally be promoting his own brand during the Toronto event.
Beyond his music and spirits enterprises, 50 Cent continues to expand his entertainment portfolio. He recently executive-produced "Sean Combs: The Reckoning," a Netflix docuseries about Sean "Diddy" Combs that premiered on November 27, 2025. The four-episode series is directed by Alexandria Stapleton.
Toronto fans of the legendary rapper now have a unique opportunity to meet the artist in person while getting their hands on his premium cognac creation. The December 12 event at the Spadina Avenue LCBO promises to be a memorable evening for hip-hop enthusiasts and spirit connoisseurs alike.
