Windsor police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a break-in and cargo van theft that occurred on July 1, 2026. The incident took place at a property in the 300 block of Edinborough Street.

According to the Windsor Police Service (WPS), officers responded to a report of a break-in at the location. The suspect allegedly broke into the property and stole a cargo van. Surveillance footage captured images of the suspect, which police have released in hopes of generating leads.
The stolen vehicle is described as a white cargo van. No further details about the make or model have been provided at this time. Police have not disclosed whether any items were taken from inside the property besides the van.

WPS is urging anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the theft to contact them. "We are asking the community to take a close look at the images and contact us if you have any information," said a police spokesperson. Tips can be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
