Details of the October 25th Shooting
The violent altercation occurred in the early morning hours of October 25, at approximately 3 a.m. According to police reports, officers responded to a weapons complaint outside a restaurant located near 85 Avenue and Gateway Boulevard.
Investigators revealed that a physical fight broke out among a group of people outside the establishment. During this altercation, a man produced a firearm and began shooting, striking four individuals.

"Police officers from patrol and the investigative response team were able to collaborate with other units to quickly investigate and successfully arrest the male suspect less than 24 hours after the incident was reported," Robbins stated in a news release. "We were able to quickly remove this firearm off the streets and are thankful that the individuals who were harmed by the accused have been released from medical care."
All four shooting victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries and have since been released from hospital care.
