Three teenagers were injured late Tuesday night after their vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree in rural west Ottawa, according to paramedics.
Crash details
The single-vehicle crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. on March 25, 2026, on March Road near Constance Lake Road. Ottawa Paramedic Service said three teens were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. One patient was transported in serious but stable condition, while the other two had minor injuries.
Ottawa Police are investigating the cause of the crash. No other vehicles were involved.
Emergency response
Paramedics and firefighters responded to the scene. The vehicle sustained significant front-end damage. All three occupants were extricated and assessed at the scene before being transported.
“Paramedics provided advanced care on scene for the most seriously injured teen,” said a spokesperson for Ottawa Paramedic Service. “The other two were treated for minor cuts and bruises.”
Roads in the area were closed for several hours for the investigation and cleanup. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
