The hearing will address allegations that Felker processed transactions and updated Know Your Client information without a client’s knowledge or authorization, and failed to cooperate with Staff’s investigation.

Settlement Hearing Details

The settlement hearing is set for July 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time, and will be held by videoconference in Calgary, Alberta. If the hearing panel accepts the settlement agreement, the hearing will become open to the public, and the panel’s decision and the settlement agreement will be published on CIRO’s website at www.ciro.ca.

The alleged violations occurred while Tiffany Felker was a Registered Dealing Representative with BMO Investments Inc. in the Edmonton, Alberta area. Felker is not currently registered in the securities industry in any capacity, according to CIRO.
