Election of Directors
Shareholders elected all seven director nominees for the upcoming year. The voting results for each candidate were as follows:
- Roger Hardy: 25,539,667 votes for (99.17%), 213,216 votes withheld (0.83%)
- Arshil Abdulla: 25,747,726 votes for (99.98%), 5,157 votes withheld (0.02%)
- Nick Bozikis: 25,716,486 votes for (99.86%), 36,397 votes withheld (0.14%)
- Peter Lee: 24,039,772 votes for (93.35%), 1,713,111 votes withheld (6.65%)
- Anne Kavanagh: 25,700,990 votes for (99.80%), 51,893 votes withheld (0.20%)
- Andrew Reid: 25,667,485 votes for (99.67%), 85,398 votes withheld (0.33%)
- Sally Parrott: 25,747,941 votes for (99.98%), 4,942 votes withheld (0.02%)
Other Resolutions Approved
Additional matters considered at the meeting were also approved. The re-appointment of MNP LLP as the company's auditor received 99.99% of votes in favor. The ratification of all unallocated options under the stock option plan was approved with 95.79% support, while the restricted share plan received 96.47% approval.
