The game's only touchdown came in the fourth quarter when Teagan Craig broke free for a 56-yard rushing score. Kaylin O'Neill added the convert to seal the win. The Saskatoon Mamba have started their 2026 Canadian Elite Basketball League season with three consecutive losses. In their home opener on Thursday, they fell 124-95 to the Vancouver Bandits, being outscored by at least 10 points in each of the first three quarters. Vancouver's Jaelen House led all scorers with 33 points, while Dajuan Gordon topped Saskatoon with 20.
On Saturday, the Mamba lost 108-96 to the Winnipeg Sea Bears, again trailing after three quarters. Captain Tavian Dunn-Martin scored 30 points to lead all players. On Tuesday, they dropped a 93-80 decision to the Montreal Alliance despite 27 points from Dunn-Martin.
