The suspect is described as a white or Indigenous male, standing over six feet tall, approximately 40 years old, with a medium build. Key distinguishing features include acne scarring on his cheeks and facial hair, possibly a moustache.
Additional characteristics noted by police indicate that the suspect speaks English without an accent, is known to smoke, and was travelling on foot at the time of the incident. He was reportedly wearing a black jacket and a baseball cap.
