Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run in Brampton that left a motorcyclist dead, while in a separate incident, two suspects fled the scene of a downtown Toronto crash that injured one person.
Fatal Brampton Collision
Peel Regional Police responded to a collision in Brampton late Saturday evening where a motorcyclist was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators are searching for the driver and vehicle involved.
Downtown Toronto Crash
In Toronto, emergency crews were called to a crash in the downtown core where two suspects abandoned their vehicle and fled on foot after hitting a pedestrian. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Police have not released suspect descriptions.
