Man Killed in Maple Ridge Altercation
Homicide investigators are probing the death of a man following a fight in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. The incident occurred on Saturday, May 30, at Port Haney Wharf, where police were called to the scene. The victim was pronounced dead at the location.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has taken over the case and is working to determine the circumstances leading to the fatal altercation. Authorities have not released the identity of the deceased pending notification of next of kin.
