Veteran actor Jeff Goldblum has emerged from the magical land of Oz a changed man, announcing a profound personal transformation following his work on the highly anticipated film adaptation of the Broadway musical Wicked.

A Life-Changing Role in Oz

Goldblum, who stars alongside Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, disclosed that his experience making the movie prompted him to completely give up meat and poultry. The catalyst for this significant lifestyle shift was the film's depiction of animal cruelty, a theme that resonated deeply with the actor.

It's changed me, Goldblum revealed during an appearance on the U.K. program This Morning on Monday. After doing this movie, we talked about the animal cruelty. I stopped eating meat and poultry.

The actor went on to explain how his newfound veganism would alter his approach to traditional holiday feasts. He indicated that this Christmas and Thanksgiving, I may be having another something else, with a host suggesting a festive chestnut roast as a potential alternative.
