One person has died following a single-vehicle crash in Delta early Friday morning, according to police.

At approximately 5:30 a.m., a pickup truck swerved off the road and into a water-filled ditch in the 5200-block of 88th Street. Emergency services responded to the scene, but the driver was pronounced dead.
