Police say the suspect, a 34-year-old man, was taken into custody on May 24, 2026. He faces charges including possession of child pornography, making available child pornography, and distributing child pornography. The accused appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on May 25 and was remanded into custody pending a future court date.
