TORONTO, June 16, 2026 /CNW/ – GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: GO.U) announced today that each of the nine individuals nominated for election as a trustee of the REIT at its Annual Meeting of unitholders, held on June 16, 2026, was elected. The voting results for the individual trustees are as follows:

- Joshua Gotlib: 47,226,716 votes FOR (99.33%), 318,343 withheld
- Lori-Ann Beausoleil: 46,645,804 votes FOR (98.11%), 899,254 withheld
- Amber Choudhry: 46,645,804 votes FOR (98.11%), 899,254 withheld
- Jason Farber: 47,520,290 votes FOR (99.95%), 24,769 withheld
- Martin Lieberman: 46,645,904 votes FOR (98.11%), 899,154 withheld
- Kyle Permut: 47,372,216 votes FOR (99.64%), 172,842 withheld
- Mark Teo: 47,205,991 votes FOR (99.29%), 339,068 withheld
- Zev Zlotnick: 47,205,191 votes FOR (99.29%), 339,868 withheld
Key Resolutions Passed
At the meeting, a resolution to re-appoint KPMG LLP as auditor of the REIT for the upcoming year and authorize the board of trustees to set their remuneration was passed by a majority of REIT unitholders. The ballot results showed 27,080,429 REIT Units (99.88%) voted in favor.
Additionally, resolutions to amend the REIT’s declaration of trust to facilitate the consolidation of Board Voting Units were passed. REIT unitholders voted 25,475,648 units (99.99%) in favor, and holders of Board Voting Units provided written consent. Following the meeting, the Board Voting Units were consolidated on a 1,000,000:1 basis.
