A woman has died from injuries she sustained after being struck by a vehicle near the Fallowfield Park and Ride in Ottawa, according to police.
The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon. Emergency services responded to the scene, and the woman was transported to hospital in critical condition. She later succumbed to her injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. No charges have been laid at this time.
