Sault Ste. Marie police and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a theft from a local convenience store. The incident occurred on April 9 at the Circle K location on Third Line East, where an individual allegedly stole merchandise valued at approximately $900.

Authorities have released surveillance images of the suspect, who is described as a male with a slim build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and jeans at the time of the incident. Police believe the suspect may have fled the scene on foot.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect. Tips can be submitted anonymously through the Crime Stoppers tip line or online portal.
