A tractor-trailer driver has been charged with stunt driving after Ontario Provincial Police in Dryden stopped the vehicle for travelling 90 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.

Details of the Incident

The OPP said the driver was operating the commercial vehicle at nearly double the posted speed limit. The driver now faces a stunt driving charge under the Highway Traffic Act, which carries a minimum fine of $2,000, a 30-day licence suspension, and a 14-day vehicle impoundment.
