Another global premiere will be the Elfin High-Speed Cobot. This model promises motion speeds that are 1.5 times faster than previous iterations, making it ideal for high-frequency tasks such as sorting, loading, and unloading. This enhancement aims to boost both operational agility and consistency on the production line.
Intelligent Solutions for Modern Manufacturing
Visitors will get a detailed look at an intelligent automated welding solution built upon the E10-Pro cobot. This system incorporates features like smooth drag-teaching, real-time seam tracking, and automatic deviation correction. This allows for rapid deployment across various industries, including automotive, shipbuilding, hardware, and structural steel.
In a demonstration of collaborative innovation, Huayan Robotics will also present a high-precision vision inspection system co-developed with KEYENCE. This advanced system is capable of capturing detailed multi-dimensional data in a remarkable 0.2 seconds, directly addressing the stringent quality-control demands of modern manufacturing.
