Joe Thornton, known affectionately as "Jumbo Joe," is celebrated for his incredible playmaking ability and lengthy career, primarily with the Boston Bruins and San Jose Sharks. His iconic beard and infectious personality made him a fan favourite across the league.
Standing tall both literally and figuratively, Zdeno Chara redefined the role of a shutdown defenseman. The towering Slovak captained the Boston Bruins to a Stanley Cup victory in 2011 and won the Norris Trophy as the league's best defenseman. His fearsome slap shot and unparalleled reach made him a nightmare for opposing forwards.
Duncan Keith was the engine of the Chicago Blackhawks' dynasty that captured three Stanley Cups. A two-time Norris Trophy winner and Conn Smythe Trophy recipient as playoff MVP, Keith was renowned for his exceptional skating stamina and two-way prowess on the blue line.
