Raptors Draft Jaden Bradley 50th Overall in 2026 NBA Draft

The Toronto Raptors selected point guard Jaden Bradley with the 50th overall pick in the second round of the 2026 NBA Draft on June 24. The move came after the Raptors took a young big man, Allen Graves, 19th overall in the first round.

Bradley's College Career and Accolades

Bradley, a senior, spent three seasons at Arizona after transferring from Alabama. He was named the Big 12 Tournament Most Outstanding Player and was a finalist for the Bob Cousy Award, given to the NCAA's top point guard. According to the Raptors, Bradley fits a similar mold to recent second-round picks Jamal Shead and Alijah Martin, both known for their winning mentality and leadership.

High School Stardom and Development

Originally from Rochester, New York, Bradley was a highly touted recruit. He was named North Carolina Player of the Year in 2020 and ranked 20th overall by ESPN in his high school class. Alabama won a competitive recruiting battle for him before he transferred to Arizona, where he improved steadily each season.

“Blessed to be in this organization. They’ve got a great roster. Can’t wait to hit the ground running and add what I can add,” Bradley said during a media call. “Defensive presence, a point guard, just setting my teammates up. Score if I need to score. Definitely shooting is going to be a big key.”

Playing Style and Fit with the Raptors

Bradley is described as a physical guard who attacks the rim, generates steals, and has a developing three-point shot. He worked out for the Raptors prior to the draft and followed their playoff run. Bradley expressed eagerness to learn from Shead, the current backup point guard. Bradley and first-round pick Allen Graves will be introduced in Toronto on Thursday.
