Jennifer, 52, and Gina, 26, have been training together for years. They decided to enter the championship as a team, aiming to inspire other families. 'It was incredible to share this moment with my mom,' Gina said. 'We pushed each other every day.'

Jennifer won in the women's 50+ division, while Gina took first place in the women's open category. Their combined achievements mark a unique milestone in the sport. According to the International Kettlebell Federation, no other mother-daughter pair has ever won world titles simultaneously.
Training and Dedication
The duo trained six days a week, focusing on technique and endurance. Jennifer noted, 'We supported each other through injuries and setbacks. This win is proof that age is just a number.' Their coach praised their discipline, saying they 'set a standard for teamwork.'
