Suspect in Lloydminster Gang Shooting Still at Large

Lloydminster RCMP have issued an arrest warrant for a Saskatchewan man accused in a targeted gang-related shooting that left two men injured last fall. Police are asking the public for help locating Robert Lee Plourde, 30, of Turtleford, Sask., who faces multiple firearm charges in connection with the incident.

Shooting Incident Details

On November 10, 2025, officers responded to Lloydminster Hospital after two men arrived with gunshot wounds. Investigators later determined the shooting was targeted and gang-related, according to an RCMP news release. At the time, police stated that both victims had sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and were not cooperating with investigators.

Investigation and Evidence Recovery

Subsequent investigation led officers to an alleged crime scene in the 4700 block of 32 Street in Lloydminster, where they also identified a vehicle believed to have been involved. With assistance from the Lloydminster RCMP General Investigation Section, forensic identification officers, and the RCMP National Forensic Laboratory Services, investigators executed search warrants and recovered a firearm believed to have been used in the shooting.

Arrest Warrant Issued

In a news release on Wednesday, RCMP said attempts to locate Plourde have been unsuccessful, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Plourde is described as having a medium complexion, standing five feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 264 pounds. Police noted he has a teardrop tattoo near his left eye.
