A man has died after being struck by a semi-trailer truck on Highway 16 near North Battleford, Saskatchewan, according to RCMP. The incident occurred on July 10, 2026, at approximately 1:27 PM EDT. Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find the victim with life-threatening injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

RCMP officers responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a commercial vehicle on Highway 16, a major route connecting North Battleford to other parts of the province.
