Charges Filed Against 35-Year-Old Man

The suspect, identified as 35-year-old Phillip Michael Parker, has been charged with a total of 22 offences. The charges are predominantly firearm-related, reflecting the severity of the weapons found. Specifically, Parker faces multiple counts, including:

  • Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized
  • Possession of a prohibited device
  • Possession of a prohibited/restricted weapon device
  • Possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
  • Possession of a firearm while prohibited
  • Careless storage of a firearm

In addition to these firearm charges, Parker has been charged with one count each of careless storage of ammunition, failure to comply with probation, possession of proceeds of crime, and possession for the purpose of selling cannabis.
