A northern Manitoba community is reeling after a tragic incident that claimed the life of a teenage girl, leading to serious charges against a 17-year-old youth.
The RCMP have confirmed that a 17-year-old has been charged with manslaughter following the death of a 15-year-old girl in Pimicikamak Cone Nation, also known as Cross Lake. The devastating event unfolded in the remote community approximately 530 kilometres north of Winnipeg.
