The incident occurred around 9:25 p.m. on Thursday, November 27, 2025 in the area of Bloor Street West and Brock Avenue, just west of Dufferin Street. According to police statements released on Friday, the suspect approached the victim from behind and sexually assaulted them before fleeing the scene.

Investigators report that the man was last seen running south toward Dufferin Mall following the assault. No physical injuries were reported from the incident.

Suspect Description and Public Appeal

Police are searching for a man described as Black, in his 20s, with a slim build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing:

  • A black jacket
  • Black pants
  • White running shoes

Investigators have released multiple images of the suspect in hopes that members of the public can help identify him. The police are urging anyone with information about the suspect's identity or whereabouts to come forward immediately.
