The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have issued a public appeal for assistance in locating a federal offender who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breach of statutory release. The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad is leading the search for Clint Guitor, a 44-year-old man known to frequent the Ottawa area and its surroundings.
Details of the Wanted Individual
Clint Guitor is described as a Caucasian male, standing five feet seven inches tall (170 cm) and weighing approximately 165 pounds (75 kg). He has distinctive brown hair and blue eyes, along with several identifying marks. These include a tattoo of a leaf and blue dice on his right upper arm, as well as scars on his upper lip, left forearm, and forehead.
Guitor is currently serving a two-year sentence for a series of offenses, including robbery, five counts of failure to comply with a probation order, two counts of theft under $5,000, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000. His breach of statutory release has prompted this urgent police action.
