An 18-year-old Georgia teenager, who has been charged with first-degree homicide by vehicle following a prank that resulted in the death of his teacher, is speaking out for the first time since his arrest on Friday night. As Hughes approached the group, he tripped and fell to the ground. At that moment, the students were fleeing the scene and getting into two separate vehicles. One of the students, driving a pickup truck, allegedly ran over the teacher in the chaotic aftermath.
