A massage therapist in Calgary is facing a sexual assault charge following an alleged incident involving a client last month, according to the Calgary Police Service.

Details of the Alleged Assault

The investigation stems from an appointment on November 20, 2024. Police stated the victim received a massage at the Massage Addict location in the southeast community of Mahogany.

In a news release issued on Friday, December 19, 2025, authorities alleged that during the session, the massage therapist touched the victim in a sexual manner without obtaining consent.

Charges Laid Following Investigation

After conducting an investigation into the report, Calgary police charged 36-year-old Dioscoro Tulop of Calgary with one count of sexual assault.

Tulop is scheduled to make his first court appearance on February 11, 2026.

In their statement, the Calgary Police Service acknowledged the cooperation of the business involved, stating, "We thank Massage Addict for their co-operation throughout this investigation."

Police Encourage Victims to Come Forward

Calgary police used the opportunity to remind the public that victims of sexual assault are encouraged to report the crime to authorities, regardless of how much time has passed.
