Windsor OPP are investigating after an injured woman was found in a Harrow neighbourhood on Monday morning. Police were called to the area around 10:30 AM EDT. The woman was located and transported to a local hospital for treatment. The extent of her injuries is not yet known. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact Windsor OPP or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
