Impact on Local Community

The Lethbridge store that sold the winning ticket will receive a 1% seller’s prize, amounting to $50,000. Store owner Raj Patel expressed excitement for the winner and said the prize has brought attention to his business. “We’ve had a lot of new customers coming in hoping to buy their own lucky ticket,” Patel said.
