Motorcyclist Dead After East Vancouver Collision

A motorcyclist has died following a collision with a vehicle in East Vancouver on Thursday evening, Vancouver police confirmed.

The crash occurred around 7 p.m. PT near the intersection of East 12th Avenue and Clark Drive. Emergency responders arrived to find the motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries. Despite life-saving efforts, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigation Underway

The Vancouver Police Department's Collision Investigation Unit is looking into the circumstances of the crash. The driver of the vehicle involved remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators. No charges have been laid at this time.
