Durham police report that a stabbing in Oshawa has sent one person to a Toronto-area trauma centre. The incident occurred on Monday morning, and the victim, whose identity has not been released, was transported with serious injuries.

Police responded to the scene in the area of Simcoe Street and Rossland Road around 8:30 a.m. The victim was found with stab wounds and was rushed to a trauma centre in Toronto. Their current condition is unknown.
