Heated Rivalry Fleece Jacket Pre-Order Begins June 3

The official Heated Rivalry fleece jacket, which became an internet sensation after appearing on the hit Crave series, is finally available for pre-order through Canadian apparel company Province of Canada. The collaboration was announced on Wednesday, with pre-orders opening June 3 at 9 a.m. Vancouver time.

Jacket Details and Availability

The limited-edition jacket is a replica of the fictional Team Canada fleece worn by character Shane Hollander, portrayed by British Columbia's own Hudson Williams, in Season 1 of Heated Rivalry. The jacket gained popularity after its appearance in a scene set during the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. Fans created countless online tutorials to recreate the jacket and rallied behind the hashtag #ReleaseTheFleece. In the lead-up to the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy, a petition even urged the official Team Canada organization to offer the fleece as official merchandise.

The pre-order will be exclusive to the Province of Canada website. All orders are final sale, with a limit of one jacket per customer. Pricing details have not yet been announced but will be released when the pre-order opens.

The National Hockey League and the National Hockey League Players' Association have also committed to making one-time donations of $25,000 each to You Can Play.

The jacket will be produced in unisex sizing, ranging from XS to 5XL. A size chart is available online. Shipping within Canada is free, while U.S. orders cost $25 CAD. International shipping is available to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, with varying rates.
