A Tecumseh man has been charged with trespassing and theft following an incident in Windsor. The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of suspicious activity on Monday afternoon.
Details of the Incident
According to police, the suspect was found on private property without authorization. He allegedly stole items before being apprehended by officers. The investigation is ongoing.
The accused, a 34-year-old man from Tecumseh, faces charges of break and enter, theft under $5,000, and trespassing at night. He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
