Centrepointe Union Brings Upscale Rental Living to Nepean
Centrepointe Union: Upscale Rental Living in Nepean

Centrepointe Union, a new two-tower rental apartment complex by Richcraft, has opened in Nepean, offering an upscale living option that appeals to a diverse demographic. Located on Centrepointe Drive just south of Baseline Road, the development is close to Algonquin College, College Square shopping, Centrepointe Theatre, and other amenities.

Diverse Resident Mix and Community Focus

Richcraft principal and director Monica Singhal emphasized the project's broad appeal. “We have a diverse mix of resident clients,” she said. “They share a desire for quality living, safety and a sense of connection with those around them.” The complex targets downsizers wishing to stay in the neighbourhood, young professionals, students, and families.

Singhal highlighted the intentional design and end-user experience. “The suites are larger than typical rentals, the finishes are high quality, and we included thoughtful amenities,” she explained. “What also sets it apart is the focus on how people experience the building day to day. Our resident experience co-ordinator plays a key role in that by curating programming, events and moments that help bring residents together and build a sense of community.”

Resident Experience Coordinator Creates Community

Selena Lewis, the resident experience co-ordinator, noted early feedback from tenants. “I’ve heard from residents that it … feels like a hotel and a resort,” she said. Her goal is to create an atmosphere “that’s not just about living here. It’s more than that, kind of like family.” She assists with move-ins and organizes regular events such as coffee sourced from a local shop in the lobby and weekly yoga sessions to foster connections.

Building Details and Amenities

The development comprises two towers: 23 storeys (east) and 21 storeys (west), totaling 422 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. The east tower has been leasing since January 2026, while the west tower is in its final stages. Richcraft held a grand opening on June 20, 2026. Amenities include two guest suites with a hotel-like feel, a co-working space with a “focus booth” for private video calls and a conference room, and two games rooms, including a dedicated electronic gaming room.

Singhal described the location as a well-established, transit-connected neighbourhood with strong community, parks, schools, and amenities. “What drew us to the site was the opportunity to bring a high-quality rental option into an area where people already want to live,” she said.

Personal Connection to Nepean

Singhal also noted a personal connection to the area. “Centerpointe Union is part of a community I care deeply about,” she said. “Having grown up in Nepean, I have joyful memories of living here and the schools I attended close by. We are grateful to contribute a new residential project to this amazing neighbourhood.”
