The 2026 Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) Prize Home has been unveiled by CTV News Vancouver, showcasing a state-of-the-art residence valued at over $2 million. The home, located in the heart of Vancouver, features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Home Features and Design
Designed by award-winning architect Sarah Thompson, the home incorporates sustainable materials such as bamboo flooring and solar panels. The kitchen includes smart appliances and quartz countertops, while the master suite offers a walk-in closet and ensuite with a rain shower. The backyard is landscaped with native plants and a rainwater harvesting system.
Lottery Details
The PNE Prize Home lottery will run from July 15 to August 30, 2026. Tickets are priced at $50 each, with a limit of 100,000 tickets sold. Proceeds will support PNE community programs and local charities. The winner will be announced on September 1, 2026, at the PNE Fair.
According to PNE spokesperson Lisa Cheng, "This year's home is our most eco-friendly yet, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and innovation." Last year's prize home raised $3.5 million for community initiatives.
Community Impact
The PNE Prize Home lottery has raised over $50 million since its inception in 1934, funding scholarships, youth programs, and cultural events. This year's home is expected to attract record ticket sales, with early bird discounts available until July 31.
