For the twelfth year in a row, BASF Canada has secured a prestigious position among Canada's Top 100 Employers. This esteemed award, administered by Mediacorp Canada Inc., identifies national industry leaders in offering exceptional workplaces for their employees.

The recognition underscores BASF's long-term commitment to its workforce. Mediacorp, the nation's largest publisher of employment periodicals, evaluated companies across eight rigorous criteria, including physical workplace, health benefits, and community involvement. BASF was lauded for its comprehensive programs that support both personal well-being and professional advancement.
These initiatives include robust offerings such as fitness reimbursements, tuition subsidies, and extensive mentorship programs. The company also provides significant psychological and physical health benefits, alongside employee referral bonuses, creating a supportive environment for career growth.
A Culture of Community and Inclusion
Beyond internal benefits, BASF fosters a deeply engaging and inclusive workplace culture. This is demonstrated through active employee participation in community-focused events. Notably, the BASF Canada team recently raised over $30,000 for breast cancer research through initiatives like the Run for the Cure.
