Syntax, a global technology solutions provider, has earned the SAP Gold Certificate for completing 10 consecutive certification cycles in the SAP Certification for Operations Partners program. The company also added two new distinctions for SAP Business AI operations and SAP security operations, expanding its global SAP managed services capabilities.
Two Decades of Certified Excellence
Montréal-based Syntax received the Golden Certificate from SAP in recognition of 20 years as a certified SAP Operations Partner. This year, Syntax renewed four existing certifications while achieving the two new designations, further strengthening its global SAP managed services capabilities.

New Certifications Address AI and Security
The SAP Business AI operations certification (Global) recognizes Syntax’s broad services portfolio for SAP Business AI, its ability to develop custom solutions using SAP Business AI, and its ability to operate and manage the full lifecycle of SAP Business AI solutions. The SAP security operations certification (Global) recognizes Syntax’s proven capabilities in proactive SAP security management, including threat detection, vulnerability remediation, and compliance monitoring.
Syntax also renewed its certifications in SAP S/4HANA operations (Global), SAP HANA Cloud and database operations (Global), SAP BTP operations (Global), and SAP SuccessFactors HCM operations (North America). The S/4HANA certification certifies Syntax’s expertise in running, maintaining, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA systems both on-premises and in the cloud, including proficiency to support RISE with SAP customers. The HANA certification validates deep technical expertise in operating SAP HANA databases, covering performance tuning, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability. The BTP certification confirms Syntax’s ability to operate and manage SAP Business Technology Platform, including integration, extension, and innovation services that power SAP Cloud ERP. The SuccessFactors certification demonstrates proficiency in managing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors environments with end-to-end application management lifecycle.
