DPM Metals Announces Major Porphyry Discovery Near Chelopech Mine

TORONTO, June 03, 2026 – DPM Metals Inc. (TSX: DPM, ASX: DPM) has announced a significant new discovery of high-grade gold-copper porphyry mineralization at the Brevene South Porphyry (BSP) target. This target is located in the southeastern part of the Company’s Brevene exploration licence, directly adjacent to the Chelopech mine concession.

The discovery is highlighted by drill hole EX_BRESPO_03, which returned 713 metres grading 2.52 g/t gold equivalent (AuEq), comprising 1.31 g/t gold and 1.16% copper from 1,172 metres downhole. This interval includes a higher-grade section of 398 metres grading 3.00 g/t AuEq (1.48 g/t Au and 1.45% Cu) from 1,487 metres downhole. Drilling is ongoing.

Other significant intercepts include: EX_BRES_555_02 with 95 metres grading 0.93 g/t AuEq (0.43 g/t Au and 0.48% Cu) from 1,250 metres downhole, and EX_BRES_555_02A with 37 metres grading 1.19 g/t AuEq (0.53 g/t Au and 0.63% Cu) from 1,357 metres downhole.

Expansion Potential and Ongoing Drilling

The BSP target remains open for expansion, with a large phyllic alteration envelope exceeding 1,000 by 1,500 metres, indicating a substantial hydrothermal system. The target is located approximately one kilometre from existing Mineral Reserves and is contiguous with the Chelopech mine concession.

Given the significance of this discovery, DPM has intensified its drilling program with five high-capacity drill rigs dedicated to the BSP target. Up to 15,000 metres of additional drilling are planned through the end of 2026 to further define the mineralization footprint and assess economic potential.

Fourth Major Discovery Since 2023

This discovery marks the fourth significant discovery by DPM since 2023, following Čoka Rakita, Dumitru Potok, and the Wedge Zone. This track record underscores the quality of the Company’s exploration team and the geological potential of the Western Tethyan Belt.

David Rae, President and CEO of DPM Metals, commented: “The Brevene South Porphyry target is emerging as a significant gold-copper discovery. These results demonstrate both the grade and scale of the target. This represents an extraordinary moment for DPM and our shareholders as our team continues its remarkable track record.”

The BSP discovery confirms the Company’s geological understanding within a known mineral belt containing several significant deposits, and the area remains open to further extension. The ongoing drilling program aims to enable a rapid assessment of the economic potential of this new discovery.
