Apexon and AWS Partner to Transform Healthcare and Life Sciences with Agentic AI
Apexon, an AI-first technology services company and AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, has signed a strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver agentic AI solutions purpose-built for healthcare and life sciences organizations. The partnership aims to drive 30 to 50 percent productivity improvements for BioPharma companies by integrating Apexon's AgentRise platform with AWS's AI and machine learning services.
Six Priority Solution Areas
The agreement spans six solution areas: research and development, clinical trials, commercial and medical affairs, manufacturing and supply chain, enterprise IT, and healthcare modernization. These areas encompass 20 use cases, including accelerating drug discovery, optimizing clinical trial operations, and enabling self-healing manufacturing processes through real-time agentic monitoring.
According to Apexon, the collaboration combines its proprietary accelerators—CloudAlpha, PlatformAlpha, TransformAlpha, and Genysys—with AWS services such as Amazon HealthLake, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker. This integration enables faster deployment of production-grade AI agents embedded directly into clinical, commercial, and operational workflows.

Leading BioPharma organizations have validated that these agentic AI solutions can deliver 30 to 50 percent productivity improvements across regulated workflows. For example, clinical document drafting time can be reduced by up to 50 percent. The delivery model ensures that engineering, AI deployment, and infrastructure operations are owned by a single accountable team within the client's environment.
Building on more than 100 successful AWS engagements, the SCA aims to accelerate cloud-native modernization and full-stack digital engineering for healthcare and life sciences organizations.
