In front of a record-setting crowd at the inaugural PBR Canada Cup Series event in Hamilton, Ontario, Nick Tetz of Calgary, Alberta delivered a flawless performance, going 2-for-2 to win the PBR Hamilton Classic. The victory solidifies his hold on the number one ranking in the race for the 2026 PBR Canada Championship and the accompanying $100,000 bonus. Tetz has now won three of the four Canada Cup Series events held so far in 2026.

As action got underway in Round 1, Tetz put points on the board with the third-best score of the round, covering Rip Dinger for 84.1 points. The two-time PBR Canada Champion then elected to go head-to-head with More or Less in the championship round. In a decision that proved fruitful, Tetz dominated the powerful animal athlete for an event-best 89 points, cementing his victory.
