Preston, on the other hand, suffered a knee-on-knee hit during a game on January 10 and will definitely miss the event. The WHL confirmed his absence and named Giants winger Tobias Tomik as his replacement in the showcase roster. "It's been slow. Frustrating at times. But it's getting there," Preston commented on his rehabilitation process. "I want to come back and be 100 percent."
