Kelsey Mitchell scored 27 points and Caitlin Clark added 21 as the Indiana Fever defeated the Toronto Tempo 113-91 on Tuesday night in a WNBA Commissioner's Cup game.
Mitchell shot 12 of 21 from the field and also had six assists for the Fever. Clark, the rookie sensation, added eight assists and five rebounds in the victory.
The Fever dominated from the start, building a 62-48 lead at halftime and never looking back. Indiana shot 51.2% from the field and made 14 of 32 three-point attempts.
Toronto was led by Jordin Canada, who scored 22 points and dished out seven assists. Laura Juskaite added 18 points for the Tempo.
The game was part of the Commissioner's Cup, a competition within the WNBA regular season where teams vie for bonus prize money.
Indiana improved to 8-5 with the win, while Toronto fell to 6-7.
