The incident occurred on a recent afternoon in the area of Brant Street and Fairview Street. According to police, the man was driving a dark-colored sedan and called out to the children, asking if they needed a ride. The children declined and immediately reported the encounter to a trusted adult. Police describe the suspect as a white male in his 50s or 60s, with a thin build and graying hair. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
