Ontario Provincial Police are investigating after a teenager was punched in the face when an intruder entered a home in Northern Ontario. The incident occurred on May 20, 2026, and police were called to the scene shortly after.
Details of the Incident
According to OPP, the suspect forced entry into the residence and assaulted the teen, striking them in the face. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The intruder fled the scene before police arrived.

Authorities are canvassing the area for witnesses and reviewing any available surveillance footage. The suspect is described as a male of unknown age, wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident.
