The OPP Halton detachment reported that the eastbound ramp from Highway 407 to Plains Road East is completely closed. Drivers are being advised to use alternative routes, such as continuing to Guelph Line or Brant Street, to avoid delays. Emergency services are directing traffic, and tow trucks are on standby.
