Toronto police have launched a public appeal for assistance in identifying two male suspects involved in a residential break-in at a condominium building in the Beaches neighborhood. The incident occurred on March 5, 2026, near Queen Street East and Woodbine Avenue, where the individuals allegedly used tools to force entry into the property.

Details of the Condo Break-In

According to investigators, the suspects stole personal belongings from the underground parking garage before fleeing the area. Police have released images of the two males in hopes that members of the public can help identify them.

Suspect Descriptions

The first suspect is described as a male, approximately 35 years old, standing around 5-foot-11 with a medium build. He was reportedly wearing a white baseball hat, a grey sweater, blue jeans, a black backpack, and black shoes with white soles at the time of the incident.

The second suspect is described as a male of unknown age, also with a medium build. He was seen wearing a black jacket, a grey hoodie, a light grey backpack, dark blue jeans, a red flat brim-styled hat, and dark-colored shoes with white soles.

Fatal Pedestrian Collision in Etobicoke

In a separate and tragic incident, a 41-year-old man has died after being struck by a pickup truck in south Etobicoke. The collision occurred on March 12, 2026, around 7:45 p.m. near Lakeshore Boulevard West and Brow Drive, west of Brown's Line.

Investigation into the Collision

Police reported that a white pickup truck was traveling eastbound on Lakeshore Boulevard West when it struck a pedestrian who was crossing the road from the south to the north side. The pedestrian was rushed to a trauma center in life-threatening condition, and the driver of the pickup remained at the scene.

Sadly, the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries and died in hospital on Monday. His name has not been released to the public at this time.

The investigation is ongoing by members of Traffic Services. Police are appealing to area residents, businesses, and drivers who may have security or dash camera footage of the incident to come forward.
