Unlicensed Driver Nabbed with Unsecured Children
Niagara Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid charges against an unlicensed driver from Hamilton after a traffic stop in Welland on November 26, 2025, revealed three young children riding completely unsecured in the back seat of the vehicle.
The driver was also operating the vehicle without any insurance, compounding the serious nature of the infractions. The incident was reported to have occurred earlier in the day, with police confirming the charges in the afternoon.
Multiple Charges Laid
